Easy Being Green

Hello my little leprechauns! Lets talk about the power of green in honor of St. Patrick's Day!!

Sooo many green things are good for us! 

Spinach: these delicious leafy greens are great for our skin! They contain vitamin A which helps our skin retain moisture, they are full of antioxidants which helps with achieving an even skin tone, and it increases the production of collagen to help reduce wrinkles!! Also I could eat it with everything :)

Kale: these even leafier greens are full of omega-3 and omega-6 fats which help keeping our skin looking fresh!!

Avocado: this delicious $1 extra fruit is full of antioxidants to help our skin from weather damage, vitamin C to help keep the firmness of your skin, fatty acids to restore damaged skin cells and reduce redness, and vitamin E to prevent aging and reduce the effects of sun exposure! 

and last but not least...
